Audio stream does not start

Possible Causes:

1. Pop-up blocker. Audio streams play in a pop up window. Disable any pop-up blockers.

2. Do you have Windows Media Player 9 (windows 98) or Media Player 10 (Windows XP) installed on your machinge? Visit www.windowsmedia.com to download the latest version. All streaming audio uses Windows Media format.

Audio Stream Stops about 10-15 minutes into the sermon

Possible Causes

1. Some Internet Service providers disconnect computers that have not browsed to a new page after a set period of time (usually 10-15 minutes). You might click the "refresh" button on your Internet Explorer Browser toolbar every few minutes if you are.
